Introducing Heat Care UK

Over 26 years ago, gas-elec set out offering gas & electrical services to the private rental sector. Eventually expanded and introduced combined inspections, electronic reporting, home service reports, rent ready & compliance services. Over this time we have cared for over 1 million properties, 953 letting agencies and provided over 100,000 inspections nationwide.

Today we have created Heat Care UK as a sister company to gas-elec to serve our customers with more purpose and to benefit the homeowner. We made this decision to create Heat Care UK to have a clearer view on our different types of customers and how we serve them.

We have exciting plans in the pipeline to continue the gas-elec legacy with a new look and feel from 2023 onwards. Offering new boiler installation, callout and breakdown repairs, boiler cover and a host of other services and products for the homeowner.

We know our customers and what they need from us, that’s why our engineers don’t only cover the nation, but have the advantage of having combined engineering abilities often being qualified in both gas and electrical engineering to ensure our services are carried out to the best of our ability.
