How to Become a Heat Care UK Franchisee?
Would you like to own your own business in a fast-growing, established market?
Virtually every home and workplace uses gas and gas appliances, the same for electrics. Safety obligations required by law can only be met by regular safety inspections and around 4.6 million UK homes that are privately rented must adhere to current legislation.
Many landlords and letting agents across the UK rely on Heat Care UK to keep properties they manage safe. This has created a recession-proof market for our franchisees with repeat annual inspections every year, worth £400 million.
At Heat Care UK we have franchise opportunities available across the UK for engineers to carry out our unique combined gas and electrical inspections, repairs and installations for both domestic and commercial clients.
Since 1996 Heat Care UK has grown rapidly into a national network of successful regional and local franchisees. All management and inspection franchisees share a common bond; their investment in the Heat Care UK business model, as well as being part of a team with the unrivalled support of a highly successful and experienced franchisor.
It’s a huge and growing market, so why not become a part of our reputable franchise network and discover the worthwhile career that secures your own financial future?

“I joined Heat Care UK (formally known as gas-elec) in 2002, the year I left the navy. I have made good money since my first year of business and I now earn more than £60,000 pa as outlined by the company when I invested in my franchise. I work hard, but my weekends are free. Heat Care UK’s central marketing facility takes care of all the sales and marketing for its engineers, providing them with their work. Each engineer operates from a prime postcode area and regional offices book and co-ordinate the work for each engineer. As well as this support, all the administrative back-up for our 90 engineers is also carried out by our bureau facility. This includes payment collection; credit control and we even work out the vat for our franchisees. These benefits free up time and reduce paperwork for the network of engineers.
The franchisees are paid twice a month and also receive a detailed statement once a month, showing every job that has been completed and details of when payments have been received.
They require a white or grey van, sign written with corporate livery.
